Starting from scratch once again, he entered the real estate sector and founded Yashraj Enterprises. He didn’t rush. He didn’t chase shortcuts. He focused on building trust, choosing the right locations, and creating spaces that people would genuinely value. Slowly, his work began to speak for itself.

At the same time, he noticed something missing in the local market. There were no professional car detailing services. For someone who had always loved cars, this was an opportunity he couldn’t ignore. That’s how Maxx Shiners came into existence.
